Introduction: Adventures in Fail Cooking!

I have to admit. I am a horrible cook! But, despite that, I do manage to make (most) recipes turn out okay in the end. That is what this blog is all about! I'm talking under-cooked eggs, over-baked cookies and...umm...flying spatulas.

It's not like I am trying to be horrible at cooking. It's just that I really don't LIKE to cook. Therefore, I get impatient and frustrated. And, when that happens, as my family can attest, you better get OUTTA the kitchen now or risk my rage. (And, yes, I was serious about the flying spatulas part.)

 I'm not sure how many photos I'll post, but I will include the recipes I have...ahem...attempted. They often come out okay, and, on the rare occasion, extremely yummy, but sometimes I wonder why I even try. And, I have found out that I have more patience with desserts than with main course meals. Probably because they are more fun to devour. Omnomnom!

These cookies look delicious, but I over-baked them, so the caramel pieces got rock hard. Ouch!

Maybe someone will nominate me for that Worst Cooks in America show. The flying spatulas could be my shtick!
